amagusta Nautical Club & Organizers of 2022 Chesva 2.0 Regatta of Champions announce their 2022 Partnership with Fraglia Vela Riva organizers of the 40th Lake Garda Meeting.
Lake Garda meeting, probably the largest Optimist Regatta in the World, will become the vehicle for the first two Optimist Sailors to enter the 1st Ever Regatta of Champions, The R.O.C..
The two Clubs agreed that the 40th Lake Garda Meeting will provide the first two Wild Cards to the 1st Finished Boy and 1st Finished Girl, for the 2022 Chesva 2.0 Regatta of Champions, in Limassol Cyprus.
“It is an honor to be part of such an agreement along two historic Clubs to bring a change to the Optimist Sailing World. We do appreciate the recognition of The R.O.C. from a Club with huge tradition in sailing, such as Fraglia Vela Riva and we thank President Alfredo Vivaldelli and his Committee. We believe, this the beginning of a long term partnership, along the two Clubs, stated by the President of Famagusta Nautical Club & Chairman of The R.O.C., Stelios Charalambous.”
